To say that the past few days have been CRAZY is an understatement.

I hit the ground running on Thursday and I haven’t stopped until now.

First, my trip to Columbia (drove up Thursday and returned home on Friday) to see the bariatric surgeon went well.  They gave me a script for potassium and told me to increase my protein intake.  No biggie.

Got home and checked on my mom.  She had been sick since Wednesday….ended up taking her to the ER on Friday afternoon with serious dehydration and they kept her in the hospital!  Today, they ended up transporting her to Springfield.  She’s got major stomach issues and they aren’t positive what’s going on.  She can’t keep food in or down…they’ve run tons of tests on her (including an MRI this afternoon) and will run more tomorrow.

Yesterday was her MOVING DAY.  Thankfully, some of the Knights of Columbus from church helped hubby and I and Daniel get her moved.  Today, Ron and Daniel spent the day at the new house, trying to arrange things for her.  Today, I spent the day in the hospital with Mom because she needed me more than her new house needed me.

I just got home a short time ago and I’m exhausted.  And worried for my mom.  Prayers would be appreciated.
