This recipe is courtesy of Alexis Zgud at Food.com, and tweaked by yours truly

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken breast tenders, halved
2 cloves minced garlic
4 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and lightly grease casserole dish.

Saute garlic in oil until tender; remove from heat and add brown sugar.

Place chicken tenders in casserole dish and spoon garlic and brown sugar mixture on top.

Salt and pepper lightly.  Add a touch of olive oil – I think I may have gone overboard with the oil, LOL

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
