Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups

These are sort of like those Hot Pockets that you buy in the freezer section of the grocery store, except they’re better.


1 package (8) of crescent rolls

8 slices of deli ham (1 slice per roll)

2 slices of American cheese (1/2 slice per roll)

2 slices of baby Swiss (1/2 slice per roll)

Grey Poupon mustard

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Unroll your crescent rolls on ungreased cookie sheet.  Brush some mustard on each roll.

Slice up the cheese and ham – I used American cheese on four of the crescent rolls and baby Swiss on the other four.  Set cheese and ham on each roll.

Then, start rolling!  Roll from the large part of the triangle to the point; wrap the sides up so that the cheese doesn’t totally drip out.

Bake for about 10 minutes; the cheese will drip out, no matter how tightly you wrapped them up.  Don’t worry, it’ll make the house smell really delicious and your family will come running and ask, “What’s for supper?”

I served mine with fruit salad.
